Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. International orders are not available. Eligible U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and issued. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
What happens if my order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, contains the wrong item, or is missing merchandise, please contact us for assistance. For approved cases, coofandygg.shop covers the return shipping cost. The same return-shipping coverage applies to approved eligible no-reason returns.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellation can be requested before the order is shipped. After the package has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer handled as a pre-shipment request, and the procedures in our Refund Policy will apply.
How long does shipping take?
Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing. After dispatch, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 4–6 business days.
